How do I know which plan I need?

Smaller events on a tight budget, and with a limited number of listings, should consider the Economy plan. Clients who want the credit card module will require the Premium plan. For all other fundraisers, the Plus plan will work well.  If you are not sure, we're here to help.

What type of support do you offer?

Our team is dedicated to getting you up and running quickly and without frustration. AuctionAnything.com conducts a setup and training call for all clients. We also provide online help desk support and monitor your site 24x7 for availability.

Do you support my bidders/customers?

All clients have access to the help desk system to assist their own customers. There are also FAQs and a detailed Glossary with bidding examples. If needed, requests can easily be escalated to our support team.

How do I pay for my auction site?

The one-time setup fee is billed upon the completion of the setup process, but prior to the auction start. Event fees are billed after the close of the auction . For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards.

How do my customers pay for winning bids?

The system allows the auction administrator to invoice winners once the auction closes. Payment options include integrated credit card processing, PayPal or pickup and pay.
